AI Pattern Drafter

Hi Laura, Apologies for all the questions & feel free to reply when you are back from holiday. I'm just trying out the AI Pattern drafter & have turned on all my AI tools (thank you) but I've had this message appear when trying to upload the jpeg of a boxy shacket behind? Is there something I'm doing wrong to create a starting point? Any guidance will be gratefully received upon your return from holiday. Thanks!

@Philippa Hall Did you manage to resolve this one? So sorry for the delay in replying... it has been pretty manic 😱

2026 Clo Update

Hi Laura, I've bought a new Mac laptop M5 with Tahoe OS 16GB Memory & 1TB storage with Retina & struggling to download/upgrade my 2024 Clo Cad software to 2026 latest version? The above message keeps popping up? Is there anything I should try to do so I can work on the projects below please?

Hey @Philippa Hall

Congrats on the upgrade! Apologies for the delay, I am on holiday at the moment.

Yes, I seem to recall having issues with the live update before. I would completely remove CLO and reinstall the latest version from the website instead; that should solve the issue 🤞

Neoprene Socks/Booties & Gloves

Hi Laura,

I've just had a call with the cold swimming client I am working for and they would like me to prioritise neoprene socks & gloves as CLO cad to ensure good fit & pattern cutting so I wondered if you could guide me to a good starting place for the cads attached please?

@Philippa Hall I would check out the CLOSET Connect store, there are some good starting points for socks & gloves on there. https://connect.clo-set.com/store
