Meta Quest 3S Headset Giveaway - Mesh Training Ltd. - Graduate Fashion Week - 15th - 18th June

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoters" refers to Mesh Training Ltd. (Company No. 15088367, Registered Address: Dryden Enterprise Centre, Dryden Street, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ) and CAD for Fashion Ltd. (Company No. 11312026, Registered Address: 19 Gleadsmoss Lane, Oakwood, Derby, England, DE21 2BP).

The "Prize" refers to one (1) Meta Quest 3S 128GB Headset, one hour technology integration and consultation session and one, two-hour exploration and application session with CAD for Fashion. The “Cost Price” is defined at One Thousand, six hundred and ninety four Great British Pounds and Ninety Nine pence (£1,694.99) only.

The “Link” is referred to as the online form on https://www.cadforfashion.co.uk/vr-giveaway

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Mesh Training Ltd. privacy policy and the CAD for Fashion Ltd. privacy policy.

The competition is open from 08.30 BST on 15th June 2026 and will close on 30th June 2026 at 23:59 BST. All entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 30/06/2026. One (1) winner in the United Kingdom will be selected by The Promoters on 18/07/2026, and the winner will be notified on or after this date within three (3) working days.

The Promoters competition, with entry via the link, is open only to residents of the United Kingdom. One (1) winner will be chosen from all entrants who have completed the form within the Link in full. In the case that no entrant completes the form in its entirety or provides a valid response, the Promoters retain the right to cancel the giveaway.

In the instance that more than one entrant has provided the same winning responses, a randomised ID will be assigned to their names will be entered into https://wheelofnames.com/ and picked at random.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Mesh Training Ltd., CAD for Fashion Ltd., their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Graduate Fashion Foundation, Graduate Fashion Week and it’s event partners and Oculus/Meta are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via submitting their contact information on the competition entry form and completing the question, ‘How would you use a VR headset in fashion?’. The winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality and potential impact of their idea.

The responses and submissions will be assessed by Erica Horne of CAD for Fashion and Priten Chauhan of Mesh Training Ltd. only.

The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

The winner will only ever be contacted by Priten@meshtraining.co.uk or erica@cadforfashion.co.uk. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

You are providing your information to Mesh Training Ltd. and CAD for Fashion Ltd, not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policies found at https://meshtraining.co.uk/pages/policies/privacy and https://www.cadforfashion.co.uk/privacy-policy.

The Promoters will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. The prize will be delivered via Royal Mail through their 5kg 2nd Class Signed for Service. If the winner would like to use an alternative service, they must pay the full postage amount.

The winner’s name will not be posted on any social media or marketing emails, however they will be asked to send a picture of the received prize to Mesh Training Ltd. to confirm receipt. All competition entrants will be notified via email once a winner has been chosen.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date upon request by emailing Priten@meshtraining.co.uk or Erica@cadforfashion.co.uk
