By booking any of our services, you agree to our guidelines to ensure a positive and professional learning experience. **Learning Requirements:** - Full app version of our training platform Hurdle (provided by us). - Valid full or trial version of the relevant software (CLO or Adobe). - Three-button mouse for CLO training (no Apple Magic Mouse or Wacom tablets). - Second screen (monitor or tablet) recommended. - Stable internet connection. **Professional Conduct:** - Treat tutors and fellow learners with respect. - Be mindful of discussion space to allow everyone to participate. **Attendance and Participation:** - Attend all sessions punctually and ready to learn. - Inform your tutor if you can't participate. - Missing more than two group sessions without notice may affect your certificate of completion. - Group courses are interactive and may vary in pace based on learners' needs. **Cancellations and Rescheduling:** - Cancel bookings at least one week prior to your session. - Reschedule tuition sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. - Group sessions and masterclasses cannot be rescheduled once booked. **Agreement:** - Live training may adapt based on group needs and engagement. - Our focus is on ensuring every learner feels supported and confident. You'll need a stable internet connection and a desktop with a working mic and speaker. A secondary screen (monitor or iPad) is recommended to view the tutor's screen. For CLO training, a 3-button mouse is required (no Apple Magic Mouse or Wacom Tablets). For any setup questions, contact us at info@cadforfashion.co.uk.

You do need to have the design software installed to learn with us. This can be either a valid full or trial version. You can download Adobe here and CLO3D here.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled session. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than one week before the session. If you need to reschedule a session, provide at least 48 hours notice. If rescheduling within 48 hours is unavoidable, please contact us at info@cadforfashion.co.uk. Note that rescheduling applies to tuition sessions only; group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
